Elevating Workplace Relationships

Greg Bridge has always been intrigued about the ‘connections in relationships’ in all forms and one being our workplace relationships. He has a vast and varied professional background, a qualified Musculoskeletal therapist and many years prior in the development of workplace communications training programs. He recognised a great shift in peoples wellbeing 10 years ago, the outcomes to people getting the best out of their working lives and along with being challenge with their health outcomes.

He identified that there was a disconnection of personal values and it was having an impact on people getting up each day in pursue of their careers, their lives and getting the best out of themselves and above all searching for enjoyment.  What it means to be connected and get the best experience from it. Not all relationships in our workplaces or in networking environment are all pleasant experience outcomes. Then blending our other dimensional roles, being a parent or in community socially fitting doesn’t always go to plan at times. It’s about creating and being associated with healthy environments to flourish, nurture ourselves and along comes with good health our most valuable asset. Being in the present and just being there just maybe enough to bond the relationship.

In 2019, Greg published his first book-  Yes Health Matters in the Workplace and now a soon to be released his second book – Growing Up Together  about how blending our careers and still being in the present as a parent. Having a contribution from his son Jarod David Neil Bridge who provides another side to the modern day relationship between a parent and child how to stay connected and enjoy the other parts of your life.
